Popped by the new joint Chase Sapphire/Etihad lounge at JFK this morning. The space has been renovated to match Chase's typical design and includes features like made-to-order food, but at just 7,600 sqft, it's definitely small for how many people will have access.

Interesting that Chase is keeping its name off the new "Etihad Airways Lounge" at IAD even though it's managing it and CSR cardholders still have access. By comparison, the JFK location is "Chase Sapphire lounge by the Club with Etihad Airways." Are they worried about overcrowding?

Don't know who needs to hear this but the SLH brand seems to be ineligible for bonus Hilton Honors points with the co-branded Hilton Ask Amex cards. Amex rep is also adamant that Graduate by Hilton and AutoCamp aren't a part of Hilton Honors either
