It seems there is a ransom demanded, but don't count on the "professional ethics" or "code of conduct" of the hackers NOT to use the stolen data despite the #ransom being paid.

In fact, it seems that in around half of the documented cases where ransom WAS paid, the stolen data was found back on dark web anyhow.
