It was a beautiful afternoon in the Wolf Mountains of Montana. The highlight was spooking a bear, but I couldn’t get a pic before it ran off.

Today in the class, we are learning about the wildlife sampling materials. So this is a camera trap. The camera trap is used to capture wildlife animals such as tigers, sun bears, pangolins, or others. The camera trap is quite expensive, depending on the brand.

Leucism is not so common as albinism is in wild animals. Here is a rare case of leucistic sloth bear got captured in camera trap in Melghat Tiger Reserve in 2020.
Worth knowing about such variations in nature.

This was one determined brown bear with a level of interest in my camera trap not experienced before! (Sound up!) I'm not sure if this was simply curiosity, but whatever the reason this video includes eyes, puffing, saliva and claws!
