Walking through a water-logged part of my meadow this a'noon saw what I thought was a dead Slow Worm.
Rigid when I picked it up, but after a couple of minutes much to my delight it started to wriggle.
She's now living in my garden wall. Gorgeous.

In addition to all the herps, the first half of our BU Biology & Zoology field course in AZ has yielded some great flying critters too!
