There's a small logical problem with what JD Vance just said. He claimed he changed his mind about Trump because Trump delivered as president, but Vance's admission that Trump didn't deliver on economic populism came in 2020, near the end of Trump's term.

Most of the healthcare improvements JD Vance just said Trump did in his term were provisions in the ACA, i.e. insurance companies can't kick you off for preexisting condition, ability to stair step from Medicaid to private insurance, pricing transparency, etc.
