We explored the impact of CYFIP1 gene variants on NDDs using flies and fibroblasts. Our research revealed disruptions in the wave regulatory complex, impacting processes such as actin polymerization and brain morphology. Published in Biological Psychiatry 🪰 shorturl.at/pyAJ2
