In an abrupt decision, #Taliban banned all girls from universities. Girls were taking part to complete thier final exams but today they were denied entry to classs, even those, who made their way, were forcefully taken out of classes by armed TB members...

In some universities male classmates staged protests, denied to take part in exams and some male professors decided to temporarily resign over girls ban...

The ban is part of a step by step gradual #TB policy to restrict& eliminate women in all fields of social life. Women were already restricted from offices, secondary schools, sports, recreational parks, picnics, traveling alone...

Cases of psychological disorder & isolation among women, particularly young girls, are on rise, particularly in urban areas, where girls n women are almost restricted to homes comparing to rural-based girls and women, who at least have freedom to go on thier agriculture fields..

The decision sparked social media storm in and outside #Afghanistan, but due to restrictions on protests and #TB violent policies, people don't dare to launch protests in Afghan cities...
