In the spirit of authentic leadership.... It's 4 years since I became CEO Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons & what a challenge it's been! One day I will reflect on the highs & lows. Until then it's left me musing on the definition of 'career'/'to career' & how close the noun & verb have often felt!!
