The result is a vicious feedback loop of ever-rising land prices and ever-increasing mortgages, trapping Canadians in lifetimes of crushing debt. Land value tax is a circuit breaker.

Thames Water has just paid out a dividend of £14m, despite claiming to be bankrupt and unable to pay their debts.

Their grifting theft never stops. If bills are raised 40% the debts won't be paid it will all be stolen.

The only solution is to get rid of privatisation.
