Last week, we welcomed new staff for our Summer Training Kickoff! BGCLC summer programming begins today and will serve 1,300 local youth with field trips, mentoring, and much more. We’re grateful for our staff who are making a difference in the lives of local youth this summer!

Our Summer of Discovery participants spent Climate & Energy week exploring careers with CSU Energy Institute 🌱 They learned about engines, sustainable energy research, and so much more. Showing young people career paths in climate and energy only does great things for our future. ✨

Colorado kids sure love our amazing mountains, and Estes Park Elementary Club members had a blast at RockyNPS ⛰️ Outdoor experiences are fundamental for young people’s well-being and curiosity. This summer, we transported more youth to outdoor field trips than ever before ✨

Join us for the Grand Opening of the Planet Fitness location in Fort Collins TOMORROW! BGCLC members, staff and parents are invited to attend. The first 10 members to attend will receive a bag of goodies! Planet Fitness will also offer free fitness classes for BGCLC members.

In observance of Labor Day, all Clubs and our Program Support Center will be closed on Monday, September 2. Normal operations will resume Tuesday, September 3. We hope our incredible team has a fun and safe holiday weekend ✨
