In his very first series as a pro, Crosby cranked out 12 hits in 27 at-bats. Three of them were doubles. One of them was a homer. That bombardment brought with it six RBI and seven runs scored through his first six games in NoCo. Brandon

In his first six games, four saw Crosby crack multiple hits, including his first four-hit game of the season. He finished with four of them. That mark not only led the team, but it made him one of 11 hitters in the entire Pioneer Baseball League with that many four-hit games. Brandon

Crosby accumulated a .333 batting average in June, from there his power improved appreciably. He raised his slugging % by at least 40 points every month. In each of the last three months, that clip eclipsed .500. In September, he posted a season-high .621 slugging %. Brandon

.Brandon collected 62 RBI in his 1st pro season & finished top-five in 15 other Owlz offensive categories. He was 2nd in doubles, triples, extra-base hits, total bases, and slugging percentage. In terms of triples, he slammed six, tied for the eighth-best mark in the league.

The fine fielder found himself among the Pioneer Baseball League top defensive performers as well. Brandon contributed to 39 double plays, tied for the seventh-best tally in the league. His 154 defensive assists tied for 10th in the league, not to mention second on the team.

Tack on 15 stolen bases, NoCo's third-best mark, & we're talking the total package. Slugging. Sure-handedness. Speed. Selective in his approach. The Mechanicsville man made a major mark in his 1st pro season, but perhaps the biggest takeaway is this... Brandon is a boss.
