Patient with incidental small extra vesicular bladder mass. On cysto: suburothelial mounding is appreciated but it doesn’t arise from or invade urothelium. Size unchanged on CT after 4 months.

What next? Survey, ignore, or TUR for path?

In a quest to tailor the right solution for the right patient, we were privileged to perform the first Optilume BPH in Idaho with great initial results.

Moses powered 21Fr 'MiLEP', Rezum, and Optilume BPH all in the same day - it's a bad time to be a prostate in this state!
