This is a beautiful thing.

Health systems wonder about improving the 'patient experience'

They hire consultants who talk about AIDET, and... well, stuff like that.

Really, it's the little things. Just put yourself in the patient's shoes, and importantly their family members.

During my cases, I had usually sent updates to the family with the staff. I started using the Doximity text dialer and I am amazed at how much happier families are. I have several templates for the steps for robotic cases and can quickly send them. Thanks Doximity !
