🔎Focal erosions, ascending colon, middle aged female. 🌹Eosinohilic colitis rarely shows the cause... 🪱...but this is full of Enterobius! ❗️These usually cause no inflammation. 🚸Probably from her children 📋pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/7623572/ #GiPath #Pathology

A well-differentiated neuroendocrine (carcinoid) tumor involving the esophagus. In COULD be primary, which would be really rare but other sites should be excluded with imaging.
