Last spring we had 4 girls that had at least a 24” vertical. This spring we have 22 girls that have a 24” vertical or better and 5 that have a 28” vertical or better! This is what consistency in the weight-room will get you! Here is Atia Medenica with her 28” vert.

Day 3 Coppell Cowgirls Basketball it’s COMPETITION Friday. Pre & Off seasons we always finish the week playing. We work on applying things we’ve stressed during the week. The team really got after it today. Overall great first week. #UnfinishedBusiness

Day 4 Coppell Cowgirls Basketball focus was individual skills. During the season we always take time to work on our skills. Post footwork, shooting on the move, stationary shooting with a pull up and getting open and sealing in the post. Fun day #UnfinishedBusiness
