AB2201, passed through the Environmental Safety and Toxic Materials Committee this month! Next stop: the Committee on Appropriations. AB2201 will prohibit the sale or distribution of air care products that contain certain hazardous chemical ingredients beginning January 1, 2026.

Starting Monday, April 29, convoys on #Hwy1 through Rocky Creek slip out are open to all members of the traveling public. Convoys run 7 to 8 am and 5 to 6 pm. Afternoon southbound convoy limited to local residents, essential workers, and drivers with existing travel reservations.

NOW: Gov. Newsom & California Legislative Women's Caucus are announcing legislation to make it easier for Arizona women to come to CA to get an abortion.

The bill would authorize AZ abortion providers to treat patients in CA.

If passed by the legislature, the law would go into effect immediately.

AB 2537 - Offshore Wind Community Engagement Act, passed unanimously out of the Natural Resources Committee! This crucial legislation aims to promote community engagement in offshore wind projects, ensuring that local voices are heard in the decision-making process.
