We're proud to work with our int'l partners to bring the voices of soldiers who've served in the oPt over the last 20 years to audiences and key decisionmakers around the world, sharing the message that we cannot continue 'managing the conflict' - it must be solved >

Remember when people in Philly destroyed that hitchhiking robot? hitchBOT. And we made fun of them.

They were right.

Yesterday, Common Defense members and Arizona veterans packed the gallery of the statehouse as Arizona Legislative Republicans blocked another attempt to overturn last week's State Supreme Court ruling. A catastrophic ruling that will criminalize all forms of abortion.

Last week, Common Defense veterans and labor organizers met with Marine Corps combat veteran and U.S. Senate candidate, Representative Ruben Gallego. He discussed the principled leadership he plans to bring and led a robust discussion among organizers and pro-democracy veterans.

“Lack of funding” I see it, hear it, live it every day. We are the most funded military in the world, I am sick of hearing/experiencing this. WHERE IS THE MONEY GOING?!?! Because it’s sure not going to the troops, training or living conditions. We need answers.

Today my bill, the BUILD for Veterans Act, passed out of a subcommittee for House Veterans' Affairs Democrats. The bill helps Veterans Affairs modernize & build new facilities, so this country can keep its sacred obligation to care for my fellow veterans.

I take joy in the fact that no matter how much it pisses racists like this off, I still get to vote in this country, all the protections of the U.S. Constitution, and there isn't a damn thing he can do about it.

At Common Defense, we know veterans and military families have a powerful role in shaping a just foreign policy and winning key electoral and policy victories.

That’s why we do this work. Check out this op-ed from our Political Director and Army veteran, Naveed Shah 🇺🇸.

Iran's permanent mission to the UN has said the country's military action 'is deemed concluded'. A few moments ago, state news outlets were saying this the 'first phase of a complicated operation'.

Iran says they’re done but that’s a very questionable assertion 🤨

Search 'explosion Tehran' and you'll find hundreds of blue check accounts making false claims using images from the 2020 gas explosion or the 2021 refinery fire.

There has been no attack on Tehran, Twitter is just a cesspool filled with misinformation these days. Good job, Elon.
