A6 A normal routine includes a start at the gym. Making a point of finding a video, lengthening the walks with our puppy, getting away from the computer - listen to the fitbit when it says I have all 250 steps to get in in the last ten minutes of the hour!! #TMCTalks

#TMCTalks While there are not veterans in my extended families (all were/are farmers and so fulfilled a different need) I think of my paternal grandparents who lived through the war in the Netherlands and then immigrated to Canada despite many obstacles. Grateful!
