The real problem isn’t the fit note system. It’s that mental health services are at breaking point after years of under investment.

Can you imagine a sitting head of state demonising a whole section of the populous (using gender/sexuality no less; ‘those who have many children’) to win over voters? Doing it this openly shows the impunity with which they operate and the normalisation of their hateful rhetoric.

Recorded a lecture summarizing the promises & pitfalls of #Psychedelics treatments for #MentalHealth problems. Tried to avoid jargon & therefore hope this will be useful for journalists, funders, policy makers, clinicians, clients, & researchers.
