Yesterday I attended a press conference to support SB 676: the Tolerance, Respect, and Understanding Program. This will provide non-profit organizations with funding for various security measures in order to prevent hate based atrocities like the Tree of Life Synagogue attack.

Today is the 100th Anniversary of the ratification of the 19th Amendment, which finally granted women the right to vote. It was a long-fought battle by brave suffragettes but now America is a better country & democracy thanks to women's voices and votes #PAWomenSuffrage100
