It’s media day for my Dad, Dev. He’s doing his 21st marathon in London aged 80 which means I’m obliged to run it too! He’s raised 50k + for Cancer Research UK. Today he’s on BBC Radio Solent BBC South. With a guest appearance from fellow runner sophieraworth

Wearing second-hand all week for our sustainability programme on Tuesday. Tonight, M&S top £6 from Age UK London, another one of my favourite charity shops! And on BBC South, problems obtaining a passport for a boy born via surrogacy and Portsmouth F(C) 🏆 are promoted Andrew Moon
