Congratulations to Fargo Post 400 and coaches Ben Bryant, Matt Nelson and Trey Larimer for winning the Central Plains Regional. The tourney included three future Golden Eagles, one from Minnesota, one from South Dakota and two from North Dakota.

I noticed when I work on keeping by head balanced toward the middle I can reach farther with my towel. I missed it when I leaned my head too far to the side. Mustard 〽️
