For people like me who watch football for tactics and analysis.... I can probably say Ouaddou's tactics and play book are very good....but the reasons he is struggling to win games are.. lack of chemistry and playing with a chunk of players who have no understanding of Pirates

These guys most of them have not been required to be at 100% level every game....they don't understand yet what it is to be a brand...players like bo Mbatha they get what we are what they're playing for on the field that's the main difference.

Referencing Jose's failures to shield Wadu is a definite cop out. Both came into 2 different situations and expectations. The man said in an interview that he knows what's expected and how he has moved thus far, makes it very apparent that he didn't fully grasp the mandate.

Abdeslam must also ponder around having a 10 or a double 8 in his system moving forward. Central space occupation in zones 11 and 14 must improve.

Coach Siya, for instance, how would you require a Radiopane and Mabasa to position themselves in and around the box if they were to play together upfront in order to give us output?

Andza™️ Mna ngobu plumber bami ngingathi uMabasa should be always in the box, then Radioman can be mobile to pull u 4 then u Mabasa can slot in as he will be always inside the box to miximize the space

Andza™️ My opinion, I'd use Radiopane as a second striker, to be the one who drops to collect and drag the CB and either one between the opponents RB or LB .. and Mabasa to be always next to the box or inside the box.

442 is the most balanced formation, because you’re less vulnerable in defence and the middle of the park as well it gives you more options in attack and CF are flexible to play on the wings interchangeably while the other will remain more centrally. Besides keeps opponents busy.

Andza™️ And he told the club indirectly via the media that he prefers a small squad 25/28,but due to the pressure of trying to please every player, his experimenting and it's costing him,the club is partially to blame for this poor start cause we didn't need 11 players

"The players who are injured at the moment are Sibisi, Makhaula, and Ndah. Everyone else is available for selection . We have a big squad, and it's also important to integrate the new players " - Orlando Pirates Coach Abdeslam Ouaddou at the #MTN8 press conference #WafaWafa
