A few weeks ago, we had the pleasure of gathering together to celebrate the passing and signing of HB 746! This commitment to restricting the use of solitary for kids is a step towards a future where we #TreatKidsLikeKids in ALL aspects of the legal system.

The legal system does more harm than good: it disconnects youth from their families and schools, subjects them to the trauma of incarceration, and makes them more likely to offend in the future. Children belong at home, in their communities, and in school.
