Thank you to my fellow Winthrop native ⁦Bob DeLeo for his years of service⁩. He was on the Board of Selectmen that appointed my grandfather as Winthrop’s Fire Chief in 1982 and has been a consistent advocate for cities and towns across the Commonwealth for 4+ decades.

This past week I got the chance to check out the progress of the Town of Andover, MA Robb Senior Center renovation and expansion project. We are nearing the finish line and looking forward to opening the doors this spring!

After almost 6 years of dedicated work from Town of Andover, MA staff, volunteers and community members, the Town Yard Site is officially on the market and available for redevelopment. Exciting opportunities are ahead!

Today we celebrated some of our successes in the 2023 state budget to update Andover Old Town Hall into a marketplace for small businesses & $$ for Andover Parks. Strong teamwork of our Andover delegation, with State Senator Barry Finegold & Rep. Frank Moran, delivers again for our district.

Good cities and towns don't happen by accident. It takes intentional, thoughtful leadership and a whole lot of working together. From Pittsfield to Provincetown and every municipality in between—you'll always have a partner in me.
