OpenAI soft launched GPT-4 via Microsoft Bing Chat 5 weeks before they publicly even acknowledged the existence of GPT-4

So there's a non-zero chance that 'gpt2-chatbot' is indeed GPT-4.5 (in my experience, it's incredibly intelligent!), but we won't find out until June 🥲
