Today we relaunched Invest In Yourself, our health and wellbeing site for #TeamNWAS members. We cannot expect our staff to help others if they are struggling themselves. As well as support for staff, the site also provides support for staff whose family members may be in need💚

If we use it right, Microsoft Teams can work wonderfully for online meetings.

But most of us aren't using it to its full potential.

Instead - we hate it.

We get our fair share of needless calls to 999. We are an emergency service and we are here to help people with life-threatening/serious illnesses or injuries.

At 11am today, Director of Operations Ged Blezard led the two minutes silence at HQ to honour the service and sacrifice of our servicemen and women involved in the two world wars and later conflicts.

We will remember them.
