Preparations are in full swing for our Burns Gourmet Dinner tomorrow evening. Our guests are going to be treated to a special evening!!

Amazing night for our burns dinner. Venison, red currant relish crostini and Parmesan shortbread with crab & radish.

Next was warm smoked salmon and bannock with a chive butter sauce.

An amazing twist on haggis. Fried haggis with seared scallops. Finished with a green pea velouté.

For main we had roast Scottish beef fillet with a talisker jus. Parsnip & potato rosti. Winter greens and carrots.

Finally there was a raspberry and white chocolate brûlée or dunsyre blue cheese.
