❓Did you ever wonder where those monkeys were in the game?🐒 During development they were part of the world as scenic elements. The desire to interact was strong! But we prioritized other features for game experience. 😁However, you can still see them in the intro cinematic!

Did you know babies weren't originally intended to be included in the game? They were added later when a developer decided to play around with the size of the hominids, making them much smaller as a joke. We liked the idea and incorporated them as an essential game part.

Ancestors: The Humankind Odyssey I actually really enjoyed and still enjoy Ancestors, I've clocked over 300 hours playing on Steam and have nowhere near reached the end, I just enjoy the exploration, the music, the beautiful environments, and taking care of the little monkey families and their chronicles.
