761 papers! Dr. Daniela Damian and I are happy to report that ICSE got a record number of submissions for the technical track. As usual, almost all papers were submitted in the last hours before the deadline. A big "thank you" to all authors!

(3/4) However, life without diversity and risks is very sad. So keep doing what you believe in. The ultimate goal is not acceptance, though be appreciative when it happens. Publishing at ICSE is simply one way to share your work and there are many other ways to do that.

You don't need a Ph.D. to learn deep learning. All you need is a little Python experience and to read Deep Learning for Coders with fastai and PyTorch! Jeremy Howard and Sylvain Gugger are who I learned DL from, so I can't recommend it highly enough!
