as promised, here are some of my designs for The Hardest Thing, the FINAL episode of amphibia! #amphibiaspoilers ahead if you still haven't caught it! firstly, the super forms of the three girls + some explorations i did for 'em.

Very honored to get to do some animation ref for @OldLadyBoats's spectacular space fight from the amphibia series finale "The Hardest Thing"! Had a lot of help from our two other incredible directors Rocksand ✨Story Artist/Director✨ and @JoetheJohnston!! man...i love this show :') stay froggy fellas!

This was my last bg for #amphibia. I thought of a "storybook" like ending: everything from Anne's journey would all gather and wish her farewell. I remember asking Matt many times if this was too direct, but he was happy with the idea and I'm really grateful we went with it.

Now that #amphibia is over I can finally show off this incredible thank you card given to me by genius bg painter Grace Young!! It's color pencil on paper!! Thank you Grace!!

After Joe Sparrow did his wonderful explorations on the #amphibia girls in their calamity forms, director Rocksand ✨Story Artist/Director✨ tied the elements we liked most into these final designs for the board team. Roxann was not only a bomb ass director, but a talented designer.

Now that the #amphibia finale been out for a little while, I'll continue posting bg paint work! These are from Olm Town Road. The Proteus colors were so fun and a huge group effort between our amazing art director and other painters!
