Today I had the huge honor of watching my sister win Educator of the Year, at the Swim England Awards. As a swimming teacher and tutor myself, this made me unbelievably proud. Clare's ethos of inclusion for everyone within swimming is inspiring.

A fantastic Tudor feast! We tried venison, blue cheese, goats cheese, grapes, Cornish pasties. We learnt that the Tudors loved to add marzipan to their puddings to make them sweet.
