Building production level AI apps shows you the importance of: 1. Internal eval tools (with company specific processes) 2. Strong tools to capture all data points & interpret them correctly - data flywheel needs to be solid 3. Memory & context appropriation layer

I feel AI eval tools are incomplete because improving an AI system doesn’t stop there. A real winner would be an eval tool which processes logs & auto updates the knowledge base / RAG pipeline after learning from initial human labelling. Building a (almost) complete loop.
