Number 4. Very important one. That's what everyone has been saying for the past years or so. If public hospitals were good for everyone, then we would not even be talking about all this. Everyone will be using them.

Aluteni Equipment malfunctions,broken equipments or no equipments at all…there are times were things like x ray/CT scan machines break and that means you can’t even operate on patients cause you can’t properly diagnose them.
