I see you missed my point. People here don't mind that we have people condemned to life in prison and not working to earn their keep. Same people advocate for abortion. So we should consider killing children but dare consider the death penalty for capital offences?

Life in prison without earning your keep. If we are against the death penalty, then let every crime have a limited prison time! We can't keep people in prison forever siphoning tax payer money in perpetuity!

That will raise the question, "Can all prisoners be reformed? What do we do with those who can't? I would rather we release reformed murders so they can help build the economy than keep them imprisoned for life.
