State of the free from section in Asda Asda Service Team it’s been empty for weeks. Every time there is out of date food… today, something from December 😭 one hungry coeliac who needs to travel to more shops ….. 😞

If someone had told the very ill Ali a few years ago that one day she would go to Kings College to study a Psychology Degree and start achieving her goal of changing the world and becoming a clinical psychologist.. Fast forward… here I am! At Kings! Good things are coming 😭🩷

MH awareness week... please know, if you CAN'T use movement for your mental health, you are NOT a failure. For those with eating disorders, exercise addiction is common, rest is necessary! it's ok if movement isn't right for you no matter what you hear, look after yourself first🤍

When you order a drink in Starbucks UK and you hear the barista say ‘I don’t want to make that. You make it’ to the other barista… 🙃🙃🙃 thanks for making me feel like a burden!

Walking down the street and hear a group of women talking about going gluten free to lose weight.. shut up. I’m coeliac with an eating disorder. Diet culture😩 People seriously need to stop this idealisation of losing weight. Your body is the least important thing about you!

I really don’t like talking about weight in humans. Humans can not, and should not, be measured in that way. BUT if you’re still restricting food you’re likely not at the weight your body should be. And that’s giving your brain the wrong message.

Oh Asda Asda Service Team WHY, are you promoting diet culture? My gluten free bars are in ‘healthier biscuits’ which for someone with an eating disorder is so triggering. Please stop making money from eating disorders and diet culture and spreading ‘under 100 calories’ 🤬🤯🤦🏻‍♀️
