Great race Run, walk, crawl - Xmas Celtic Trail Ultra. Tough course & challenging conditions at times. Turns out it was just under 5500ft climbing 😳 Amazed to come home in 5:49:58 & top 20 position. Top running partner. First stand alone marathon ✅ First ultra ✅ Now onto Christmas🎅

West Glam XC Rd 3 didn't disappoint. The least XC course out there, 2 tarmac laps of a reservoir. Never the less pleased to come away with PB's across 5km and 5 mile. Great runs from the team, we're putting up a fight to stay in Div1. 2 races left and its gonna be tight. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♂️.

Back at it this morning with Rd 4 of the West Glam XC at Margam Park. Proper cross country 2 laps of a muddy and grassy field of dreams with climbs and traily descents. Great course and good to catch up friends. Solid effort by the team and good points scored 🙌.
