ABIN1 is a negative regulator of multiple signaling pathways. Our latest study shows that ABIN1 regulates antigenic and co-stimulation signaling in T cells (mostly p38 activation) and inhibits effector functions of CD8 T cells in vivo. tinyurl.com/3fwcbbdp
