A historic speech Menachem Z. Rosensaft in Srebrenica today: “We will not forget and we will not forgive you who are still defending the murderers today. You try to rationalize the slaughter, you find excuses for rape, you refuse to admit, you condone murders, rapes, slaughters.”

Today, on the 11th July, we remember the victims of the Srebrenica genocide. We honour their stories and as with every year, we face denialism and a regime whose aim is to complete the goals that have lead to the genocide. BiH leaders must come together in action, not only words.

UK should also suspend arms licenses to Serbia using the handbreak we have built into defence exports to allow an immediate investigation of British equipment. I called for a similar handbreak a couple months ago following wider concerns around potential defence exports misuse.
