Lots of valuable analysis of the restoration of power sharing in NI by Alan Whysall in this post. Allister and Bryson have come out of these developments a diminished force, which perhaps bodes well for escaping endless EU law battles in the Assembly:

Etain Tannam Constitution Unit Alan Whysall Unionists should be worried that Oscar Wilde’s quote applies to them
Excellent & worrying post by Constitution Unit Alan Whysall : ‘Governments in the past…reacted with vigour to risks of political collapse in Northern Ireland, in close partnership with Dublin; with interparty talks chaired by the PM & Taoiseach sometimes lasting days or even weeks’

Colin Murray Alan Whysall if i was jamie i’d run for election and take my arguement to the people,oh he did that already and got 6 votes ,” so jamie,”shut up”
Pole in England. Alan Whysall Espionage is all too topsy turvy! If Kim Philby had never been caught there would never have been a stamp or monument in his name even if he was Monty’s cousin. If only he had read the epic #spy novel #BeyondEnkription in #TheBurlingtonFiles series. See theburlingtonfiles.org/news_2022.10.3….
Conor J. Kelly & Alan Whysall excellent art on revising GFA. Concerning about re-writing of history re Irish gov right to be involved. They note under GFA ‘it has ‘a general right…to participate in reviews and put forward views about non-devolved…matters through the BIIGC’.
As ever, Alan Whysall and Conor J. Kelly are really worth listening to.
If your struggling to keep up with debates about the future of power-sharing in Northern Ireland, this is a great place to start.
