Chatting to my amazing TA today and she casually says ‘I’m just a TA’ Quick interjection… ‘skuze me don’t you ever say that again’ Told her that TA’s are the life and soul of a school. She gave me the biggest hug. Shoutout to all the TA’s & support staff everywhere ❤️

A massive mindset shift in my practice was when I stopped seeing myself as the sole responsible designer of learning & architect of assessment & I began to ask my students to engage in these processes. I haven’t looked back.
