I've recently read Dr Richard Bennett and Joe Oliver 100 point ACT book and Dr. Russ Harris 2nd edition of ACT Made Simple. It felt important to let you all know, from my perspective, that these books are two of the best that I have read on ACT. Many congratulations to the authors!
Good news! I'll be chairing the main stage at the #WomenInTech event next month in The Convention Centre Dublin Of course I'd love if you could make it. They've even given my my very own discount code if you'd like even more bang for your buck! #professional #tech #technews bit.ly/2SIhaTB

I just love this blog post by Louise McHugh around how and why belonging is so much more beneficial than the constant striving to be special. You don’t need to be special, you just need to belong! – Behavior Science Dissemination science.abainternational.org/you-dont-need-…
Today’ inspiration for my writing about the challenges of setting goals and taking action as a perfectionist. Thanks Dr. Dayna Lee-Baggley Aisling L-Curtin
