What a great day with the SMHL in Oldham sharing good practice supported by Lucy Bailey Bounce Forward and BounceTogether loved having so much passion in one room. All prioritising Children and Staff well-being Aimee Thomas Oldham Council

In addition to this, children took part in a number of useful activities and Q&A sessions with key decision makers in Oldham to feedback on how we can better include young people's voices in our approach to SEND and inclusion. #Oldham

As part of the conference, children heard an inspiring motivational keynote speech from Mushy.
Musharaf shared his experience of having a stammer and how he learned to overcome it, which Channel 4 famously highlighted as part of their doc series ‘Educating Yorkshire’.

Earlier today, Cllr Cllr Mohon Ali, Cabinet Member for Education and Skills, welcomed a number of children and young people from schools across the borough to Oldham’s Young Peoples’ Voices SEND and Inclusion Conference. #Oldham
