Happy that I welcomed my senior and veteran HRD, former Chief Justice of Kenya Dr Willy M Mutunga, Chief Justice, Kenya (2011-16) in Harare. Very proud that unlike in #Tanzania where he was needlessly harassed, he was well received in #Zimbabwe. Also happy that he has taken case to East African Court of Justice.
