This is a literal nightmare.

Warm Atlantic (with warmth focused in the tropics) and -ENSO with a neutral/negative PDO would be about as favorable as we see. Still several months for the pieces to lock in, but so far climate models continue to show things aligning for a bit 2024 hurricane season.
