Students researched an animal and what they need in order to survive with Dawn Haney. In Dream Lab students built habitats for their animal and used Makey Makey & Scratch Team to explain their animal’s needs. #STEM #MakeyMakey #TogetherWeCan

During STEM Glow Week, we have been exploring force and motion by building roller coasters and testing how much force it takes to move different objects. Students had to use a straw to blow objects across tables and through a maze. #STEM #GlowWeek #TogetherWeCan

Today these 5th grade students got to test out their solar ovens as they investigated heat transfer. Students reported that they liked the results! #STEM #TogetherWeCan
