This year's theme is #LittleByLittle and we're focussing on how in times of stress, even the smallest amounts you can do for yourself to combat it will then add up to significant improvements in your mental health over time 😄

We are gauging interest for an opportunity to take part in a new, part-funded OTAGO course. There will be a minimum commitment to attend a 2-day workshop plus a 1-day assessment, as well as potentially deliver classes locally once qualified. These will be delivered face to face.

A daily brisk walk can give your body a boost, lift your mood and make everyday activities easier.
