We continued our Steady on Your Feet course yesterday at our Tuesday lunch club. The course lasts 12 weeks in total is going to help improve our strength and balance 💙 Thank you Active Families North East CIC, and to Gateshead Council for funding the courses through a Community Chest grant.

Our 50+ women’s group is growing in popularity! The ladies are participating in strength and balance exercise sessions with Active Families North East CIC to help them stay strong and improve stability. They’re learning fitness techniques they can continue practicing at home.
