Just a plea, this is really important. Have a think do you know anyone who had kids and lost their cohabiting partner since 2001. Some get up to £40,000 back bereavement pay, but the window to claim is closing shortly. Please help spread word.

Thinking a lot today of my lovely Auntie M who passed away last week at the incredible age of 97. Her kindness radiated in every conversation. She loved reading & telling stories about her younger years spent working in Ldn (of which she was so proud). I was lucky to know her💜

This gloomy beach pic I took at the weekend v much reflects my mood: got a cold which is triggering all-over body pain, my chronically ill bod never fails to surprise me with its tricks. But, self-pity aside, spring is here & we’ve got an Easter egg leftover so not all is bad🌞

For those angry at the treatment of our justice system from 2010 to 2024, a word of comfort. Not a single one of the 10 justice secretaries from that period is still an MP.

It’s PoTS Awareness Day, lots of interesting & helpful resources out there. This pesky condition has impacted me so much. After lots of learning, I finally understand (as much as I can) what my body goes through daily. Thanks to PoTS UK for all the brill work being done.
