I graduated from Strong Hearts Cardiac Rehab today. I had my 3rd heart procedure in 7 years Oct 30, 2020. Weighed 363lbs. Today I weigh 324 and feel AMAZING. 300 here I come! I owe my PCP Vanessa Falwell big for making me do this. This program has changed my life.
